An equally interesting project was the reconstruction of the hall lighting at Letoplast s.r.o., where Tesla was responsible for replacing the old 400 W sodium discharge lighting and installing new LED high bay luminaires with an output of 200 W. The requirement was to achieve a value of 500 lx and improve the working environment for employees, which Tesla successfully achieved. Lighting intensity was increased by 110% and lighting uniformity was increased by 40%. The immediate energy savings were 105%.
